The Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) will be holding a public hearing on its proposed water and sewer rates which will become effective on October 1, 2009, the beginning of the second quarter of its fiscal year.  The legal notice for the public which also contains the proposed rates was published in the Hartford Courant on August 18.  Below is the two-page notice, which is also available in a PDF downloadable format.
