With a winter snow storm approaching, New Hartford schools – High School, Middle School and Elementary schools – are all closing early. Following are the details of the early dismissals plus the Winter Weather Advisory for our area:

Northwestern Regional # 7: 11 a.m. Dismissal

.
Good morning,

I am writing to inform you that there will be an early dismissal today. This snow storm is a bit unusual, in that it is not expected to start out slowly. In fact, heavy bursts of snow mixed with sleet are expected to move into our area around noon.

Therefore, we will dismiss at 11:00 a.m. This will give the busses enough time to turn around and get the elementary school students home before 1:00 p.m.

Thank you, and please be careful driving.

Judy Palmer

New Hartford Public Schools: 12 p.m. Dismissal

.
Dear Parents:

The New Hartford Public Schools will close at 12:00 noon today due to the pending winter weather. Stay warm and safe!
