The 4th of July parade in Barkhamsted is a small-town affair of the best kind: friendly, fun and with formalities kept to a minimum. Bob Moore, NewHartfordPlus’ “techie” was there to video the event and has posted the parade on YouTube; click on the YouTube image to view Bob’s video.
