Green Gal Brings Green Queen’s Message To The Beekley
This past Friday, April 16, the last day of vacation week, the Beekley Library hosted programs for its young patrons that were as much fun for the observers as for the participants themselves.
The morning program was filled with music and dancing as Green Gal, the Earth-Friendly Super Heroine carried the message of the Green Queen to her audience. Amid the laughter and the fun, her message rang out loud and clear: “Take Care of The Earth!”  And just in time for Earth Day this coming Thursday, April 22 Green Gal’s show ended with everyone singing  ”Happy Birthday” to the Earth.

For more photos of Green Gal’s earth-friendly show and for our coverage of the Star Wars Lego Build Off, see page 2.

It’s Star Wars All The Way For Lego Enthusiasts
Later Friday afternoon, April 16 a handful of Lego enthusiasts gathered at the Library to participate in the Star Wars Lego Build Off. Following are images of Devon and Darren Sundquist, and Hunter Kennerson all proudly showing our photographer their favorite Star Wars models they had built that afternoon.

Devon Sundquist said these were his favorite Star Wars models of the Build Off
