“Do they have a quorum?”
A member of the audience whispered to another about 10 minutes into the Blight Task Force meeting yesterday evening, Monday, September 14. Â With 10 or so residents in the Senior Center, 3 of whom were seated at the long table and a couple more seated among the audience, it was difficult to tell. Â At 7:15 Karl Nilsen posed the question to the Task Force, and at 7:20 it was decided there was no quorum.
